Big O Tires

I dont usually do this, but our of concern for my connections and fellow road warriors do not do business with #BigOTires. I won't go into full details here, but needless to say we took our vehicle in for x problem. They came back with abc issues, said x was not an issue, 4 days after original promise date. Fixed ABC, a day later check engine light comes on. Take back in, wait 3 days after orginal repair date, get back. Everything is ok for a week, then X completely died. Took back in, they said oh it is well know that ABC causes X to die. After several hundred in towing fees that should not have occured, additional shop hours that wouldnt have been needed since they were already there to fix X like we asked, and because x went out, y did too. Completely adversiarial and harsh tone from managment when presented with above information. Then they outright banned us from service there, because i said i will leave a negative Google review. They will refuse warranty work on the car, and the tires we had done at the same time. We did not yell, was cordial, if not a bit irritated by the whole event. When asked about a refund for lack of warranty coverage of work, tires, and future alignm

They were really great when we blew a tire on the way to a game last year. They fit us in on a Saturday am, let us leave the van there while we went to the game and had it ready to go when we picked it up. So nice and accommodating, we will buy our next set from them even though we live a ways away.

They were helpful with a quick oil change. They did the oil change quickly and gave me a coupon code for checkout. My fog lights were out and they said they would replace them for free if I come back in with my own bulbs since they did not have any bulbs. Brandon was especially helpful with everything!

I've always had fantastic help from these guys - I bought five new tires about 10 months ago and everything went through without a hitch. Just had work done again with a tire repair and they were able to squeeze me in in a pinch when they were very, very busy. Brandon was our contact man and as usual he bent over backwards to make it happen - great job guys!

My right front tire quit on me just outside of Ames. It was Easter weekend and I was driving all the way down to Texas. Big O was able to get me a new tire that very same day and send me on my way. Simple solution to a very stressful problem. Very thankful for them!! They also helped me out over the phone when my tire pressure sensor started acting up after getting the new tire. Great people.
